Key Expectations of the Role :

This is customer focussed role where you are responsible for conducting regular reviews of their accounts, and help guide them to pay down their loan as quickly as possible. You will also :

• Speak to customers straight after settlement and  set them up for success  from the get go.
• Conduct  Goal Setting  calls
• Conduct loan review audits and subsequent calls
• Provide  regular updates  and continued support to all hom loan customers.
