About the Program
Settlement Services International (SSI) is delivering the Home Care Workforce Support Program in NSW and ACT, fully funded by the Australian Government as part of their response to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join us in building capacity in communities and delivering support services to those who need it most.
About the role(s)
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to provide personal care, transportation, house cleaning, and other domestic duties to aged care clients in need. You will also be responsible for coordinating health programs and wellness activities, monitoring and communicating client condition, and assisting with overall client care and personal hygiene.
We have a range of different options available to suit your skills and experience, and our supportive team will be there with you throughout your immediate journey. We are also working in close partnership with home care providers to access talent from employment services and facilitate training and education opportunities.
