80-$90k + Super

This construction business services various clients in the commercial building & mining industry. Known for their excellent quality and safety record in the Perth market, they are now looking to bring in a Mobilisation Administrator, reporting to the Recruitment & Mobilisation Manager you will support the onboarding of their blue collar workforce. They currently have over 100 blue collar staff.

The role

General administration duties, including but not limited to;

Recruitment

Maintenance of internal and client systems

Collating onboarding documents

Booking training and medicals

Issuing PPE

Project specific data entry

Organising travel and accommodation & logistics

General office duties.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year administration experience

Confident with Microsoft 365 systems

Current working rights

Experience in the construction industry would be advantageous
