Responsibilities

Providing first-class customer service to international travellers by buying and selling foreign currency
Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
Building customer rapport and encouraging repeat business
Performing daily branch duties

Additional Information

Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience is essential

Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities to help customers understand their foreign currency needs

A flair for sales, promoting services while achieving targets

Self-motivated, energetic, and able to adhere to procedures

In-depth training, competitive pay, and an incentive scheme are offered

Ability to work under pressure

Part-time and full-time positions available

Hours : Up to 38 hours / week, mornings and evenings required

Must be eligible to work in Australia
