Your new roleAs the
Communication and Engagement Officeryou will be key in crafting and supporting external communication strategies and promotional assets, with a particular focus on engaging the Australian Public Service (APS) Sector. Passionate about reframing the superannuation journey mindset of our customer, you will consider the delivery of end to end engagement from a retention and acquisition standpoint.Your responsibilities day to day will includeIdentifying and leveraging opportunities to enhance engagement levels through Employer Sponsored events, while also driving customer retention and acquisitionCrafting and delivering promotional campaigns to support business objectivesCustomising engagement content using the CSC education framework, ensuring it meets employer needs across various formatsBuilding and maintaining positive relationshipsSupporting and enhancing customer engagement initiatives to improve overall experience and satisfactionPreparing reports, papers, briefs, and other documentation, as requiredDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat you'll need to excelYou must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for this positionRelevant qualifications or experience in a similar roleUnderstanding of the superannuation industry particularly accumulation schemes is highly regardedA proactive and strategic approach to customer engagement and retentionExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain effective relationshipsDemonstrated high level computer literacy with Microsoft office suite products, as well as the ability to use various systems, tech tools, databases (CRM) and design software eg Adobe Express and CanvaStrong analytical skills to interpret client data and derive actionable insightsDemonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise a range of tasks in a high-volume, fast paced work environment with the mindset to meet deadlines and targetsSelf-motivated with a proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities and solving challengesCopywriting skills, highly advantageousCSC's Core Competenciesreflect the key sets of skills, knowledge, experience, and behaviours required to perform your role effectively.
