Portfolio Credit Controller

The Portfolio Credit Controller role will be within our hub and will oversee the following hotels :

• Mercure Sydney Bankstown
• Mercure Sydney Macquarie Park
• Mercure Sydney Blacktown
• Mercure Sydney Manly Warringah
• Mercure Melbourne Southbank
• Mercure Newcastle
• Mercure Perth on Hay
• Mercure Brisbane Garden City

• Job Description
• Your key responsibilities will include
• Manage the Accounts Receivable function to ensure timely collection of trade debtors across the portfolio
• Process all Credit Applications, ensuring that the clients are notified promptly and professionally
• Accurate processing of all AR accounts including month end close
• Process all payments received accurately
• Qualifications
• Your Skills and experience include
• Knowledge of end-to-end accounts receivable function
• Experience with Opera / Opera Cloud
• Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work with all levels of stakeholder both internally and externally
