The Role : As Contract Administrator you are a key component in the life-cycle of the project, your exemplary planning, scheduling and evaluatory skills laying the foundation for a successful, Cobild Standard, outcome. Responsible for the management of all costs, contracts and procurement documents, you will ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, assisting in delivering an on-site culture of safety. Responsibilities include :

Review and understand the administration requirements of the Head Contract, including key dates, variation processes, delay costs, and handover requirements. Set up and manage relevant notice templates for variations, delay notifications, and extensions of time. Administer all Head Contract obligations to protect the company's time and financial interests. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, superintendents, and quantity surveyors. Oversee subcontractor and consultant procurement, including tendering, scope of work preparation, and reviewing subcontractor quotations. Prepare trade recommendations, negotiate and close out subcontractor / consultant agreements. Review and manage subcontractor / consultant payment certifications, variations, delay claims, and performance. Prepare and update various reports, including monthly project cost reports, client reports, risk assessments, and commercial forecasts. Attend and contribute to project meetings, including weekly team, procurement, design, client, and cost reporting meetings. Oversee project handover documentation, including warranties, and manage supplier orders and invoices. About You : 2+ years of experience rocking the role of Contract Administrator A natural at leading the charge and negotiating with flair Master of the written and spoken word (not afraid to pick up the phone) A pro at building connections and making lasting relationships A multitasking wizard and problem-solving guru – you love the challenge Can fly solo and take initiative when required Tech-savvy with Construction Management software Ready to pivot and adapt when the winds of change blow!
