What you'll be doing

Fabricate, weld, and assemble structural steel components to specInterpret workshop and engineering drawings accuratelyOperate fabrication equipment such as welders, presses, and grindersConduct quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanshipWork closely with team members to meet project timelinesFollow all workplace safety procedures and Australian StandardsMaintain an organised, safe, and efficient workshop spaceSupport other team members as needed

What you will bring :

Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (or equivalent)Solid MIG and stick welding experience for structural workAbility to read and work from detailed technical drawingsExperience with a variety of tools for cutting, grinding, bending, and assemblingSound understanding of steel fabrication processes and techniquesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhite CardForklift licence - desirable but not essentialA keen eye for detail and pride in your workmanshipReliable, self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervisionA strong team player with good communication skillsExcellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationCommitment to safety—for yourself and those around you
