ECS - FULL TIME DIPLOMA ROSEBERY

Permanent Full Time-Diploma Educator 5 days per week 76 hrs per fortnight. 12.5% ABOVE THE AWARD. Option for 10hrs / day x 4 days / week for 6 months.

To Be Considered, You Must Have

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Qualification Current First Aid Certificate Approved by ACECQA : Includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management, and anaphylaxis. Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate Valid Working with Children Check Practical Knowledge : Understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework. Working experiences : Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

As a qualified Early Childhood Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in the growth and development of children aged 0-6. Your responsibilities include :

Developing High-Quality Curriculum : Respond to children's strengths, interests, and needs by developing and implementing an exceptional education and care curriculum. Building Positive Relationships : Provide active support to children, families, and your team. Build and maintain professional and positive relationships based on respect, trust, and honesty. Supporting Our Identity : Actively support our organisation's Catholic identity, philosophy, policies, and procedures.

SCECS is a Child Safe Organisation dedicated to the Protection of every child in our care. SCECS aims to create environments where children's safety and wellbeing is the centre of thought, values and actions. This role requires a WWCC clearance prior to commencement of employment.
