• Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include
• Providing assistance to clients with their daily living tasks
• Assistance with their mobility, transfers and use of hoist
• Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and assistance with personal hygiene
• Domestic assistance and meal preparation
• Arranging social activities and community access
• Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
• Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
• Has a valid Police Check (Essential)
• Personal Care Experience (Essential)
• Domestic Care Experience (Essential)
• Community Access Experience (Essential)
• Tracheostomy Care Experience (Essential)
• Peg feeding Experience (Essential)
• Catheter Care Experience (Essential)
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
• Current Driver's Licence (Essential)
• Current First Aid Certificate
