This is a FIFO position departing from Perth working a 2 : 1 roster.

The Ideal Candidate

Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or trade certificate2+ years post-trade or commercial cooking experienceExperience in bulk and batch cookery for large groupsConfident working under pressure in a diverse team of Chefs and KitchenhandsFocus on quality with attention to detail, presentationKnowledge of HACCAP principlesEnthusiastic, reliable, and keen to growWA Manual C Class Driver's License
