• What you'll do
• Configure relevant data and analysing the resulting reports to provide valuable insights into the performance of the company's products and services.
• Track various metrics such as website traffic, click-through rates, conversion rates, and user engagement to gain insights into our user.
• Manage and deploy website tags, to collect information about user behaviours.
• Create detailed digital marketing reports by designing, automating, and managing SQL scripts.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders through effective communication.
• Who we're looking for
• At least one year of experience in a similar field.
• Proven experience of working with a customer or marketing analytics experience.
• Knowledge of Tag Management, specifically Google Tag Manager, with experience in delivering tracking, insights, and reporting.
• Experience in SQL for data extraction and data analysis.
• Be customer experience oriented and while being able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
