Key Selection Criteria :
Demonstrated experience in an accounts receivable role or similar.Ability to demonstrate the initiative, sensitivity and tact and an appreciation of the need for confidentiality and discretion.Ability to work under pressure, plan and organise workload with demonstrated resilience and perseverance in the face of challenge or change.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to address and relate well to a board range of individuals, on a variety of levels.Knowledge of SAS 2000 / School Edge or other accounting packages.Ability to meet strict confidentiality requirements in relation to all students / staff / families and school operations.Well-developed level computer skills in area of computerised accounting systems, spreadsheets and other associated computer software.Have a proven capacity to work independently and effectively in the face of changing priorities, deadlines and pressure.Provide support to Reception when required.The successful applicant must hold a current driver's license and current Victoria Police Check and Working with Children CheckAssumption College is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all staff and students.
