About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Analyst to join our IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you will work closely with Senior Managers, Product Owners, partners, and vendors to support the delivery of end-user computing services. You will provide both business and technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure services.

Responsibilities : Gather and document business requirements for service development and improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners to translate requirements into product specifications. Conduct financial analysis of infrastructure services (e.g., costing, pricing, benchmarking). Support the annual budgeting process and assist in business case development. Contribute to the development of the IT strategic roadmap. Service Design & Transition Define key service level metrics in collaboration with Service Management and Product Owners. Develop dashboards to monitor service performance, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Provide input into capacity management and optimize technology usage and consumption. Support analysis and evaluation of new product selections. Maintain and enhance the IT service catalogue. Analyze service quality trends and recommend improvements. Coordinate the production of monthly infrastructure reports, covering strategy, design, and service enhancements. Requirements : Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong drive for results. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Financial literacy for cost-benefit analysis and business case development. Proficiency in creating data visualizations and dashboards. Skilled in accessing, manipulating, and interpreting data to generate insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Awareness of emerging IT trends and adaptability to new technologies. Solid business acumen. Experience Strong experience working with infrastructure technologies.
