Job descriptionKey responsibilities Keep machinery in good condition to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency. Engage in ongoing efforts to improve production processes in both the production area and the wider factory. Possess technical expertise relevant to the job. Familiarity with tooling and die sets is necessary. Prior experience in maintaining roll-form machinery is highly preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Prior welding experience is highly desirable. To be successful Trade qualification Relevant trade experience (Manufacturing exposure is advantageous) Great attitude and willingness to be a team player Form roller experience is advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
