The Role

We are proud to say that we have two members of Les Clefs d'Or Australia leading our team here and due to internal growth, we have a Full Time and Casual Vacancy to join our incredible Concierge Team.

In this role, you will be the first person that guests meet when arriving and the last person when leaving the Hotel.

We believe this to be one of the most crucial roles in our Hotel as you are instrumental in creating a memorable experience for our guests. The duties of this role include :

• Greeting guests upon arrival and departure
• Deliver, collect and store luggage
• Explain room amenities and valet park guests vehicles
• Responsible for controlling, directing and ensuring safe vehicle and pedestrian movement on the hotel driveway

Talent Profile

• About You
• Able to work shifts across all days (morning, evening and overnight)
• A warm, friendly, professional manner towards all clients and guests
• Impeccable presentation and grooming standards
• Exceptional customer service and rapport building skills and the ability to liaise with guests
• Previous Hotel experience is preferred but not essential
• Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
• A Manual "C" Class Australian Drivers License
