Sydney based role, George Street Office & WFH - Hybrid Work EnvironmentFlexible hours available based on your schedule and project needsKey responsibilities in this role includePartner with the HR team and managers to ensure success on key change management objectives and goalsDrive tech adoption as part of a full life cycle of an implementationBuild and foster collaborative relationships with the global team to ensure alignment and anticipate change impacts in the local ANZ businessDevelop an approach and lead execution of organisational change management efforts, including but not limited to leadership alignment, stakeholder management, org risk and readiness, job impact analysis, strategyFacilitate the execution of agile change management plans and provide a framework to standardise and scale the change managementDrive adoption of the change within the organisation via communications, training, and engagement strategiesCraft and distribute timely and relevant communications through a coordinated engaging and concise communication strategyIdentify, analyse, and measure change readiness and integration points to maximise employee adoptionsMonitor past go-live changes to ensure projects materialise the desired change intended, recommend additional actions for project if neededBuild local awareness, drive change adoption, and change advocacy across global stakeholder groups in engagingServe as a Change Management SME, bringing in new learnings and practicesMature the Change Management discipline, leading an increase organisational change capability through thought leadership and coachingKey Requirements & ExperiencePlanning and conducting workplace and or change in a multinational fast paced environmentExperience playing a significant role or made an impact on business transformation projects as an internal advisorProven experience in making recommendations to drive the success of a projectExperience in communicating insights to the business and deliver the value add when forming a future state visionExceptional communication and presentation skillsExceptional writing skillsProject management expertiseResults orientatedEffective team and stakeholder management and influencing skillsHolding a key role in how we manage our business effectively, you'll help lead the way in how we speak to our people.
