Job descriptionThe Position Managing a small portfolio of 50-80 x properties (dependent on experience) with ongoing guidance and training / mentoring Working closely with a team of 4 in the Property Management department Manage client relationships with landlords and tenants Leasing, routines and final bond inspections Streamline processes and procedures within the department Manage best practice to ensure the property management department is fully compliant The Criteria Previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager Current WA Certificate of Registration A first-class communicator with a positive attitude Strong work ethic and top-notch problem-solving skills Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle A desire to progress your property management career Culture and Benefits Continuous ongoing support from the Directors A FUN Manager A strong team environment - regular team building days Sundowners, morning teas, Melb Cups and Christmas luncheons are what the company loves doing Structured systems Parking onsite Solid reputation based on service and honesty Justine Walker 0422 157728
