Supervise and coordinate multiple civil contractors across a complex construction programAct as the key interface between Contractors, Engineering Service Providers (ESP), and internal project teamsEnsure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and relevant legislationOversee QA / QC procedures, including ITP / ITR implementation and validationLead hazard and risk assessments and ensure safety compliance is maintained across siteEnsure all works are delivered in line with scope, technical specifications, project schedule and budgetMonitor and report on contractor progress, resolve on-site issues, and manage scope changesCoordinate permits, approvals, and access with relevant stakeholders including operational and maintenance teams
