We have

• two contract opportunities
• National Commercial Managers
• to join us at GSK.
• National Commercial Managers
• will be networking across key hospitals, leading business development and negotiating opportunities for a broad range of products across the GSK portfolio. Reporting into the National Business Development and Tenders Manager; the National Commercial Managers can be based remotely in Australia, with regular inter-state travel.
• Your role will be varied and will include
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the state health and hospital sector
• Conducting thorough market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Lead negotiations with states health departments, state and private hospitals
• Build strong relationships cross-functionally, across all internal stakeholders
• Ensure that all business activities and interactions adhere to relevant pharmaceutical regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines
• About you?

To be successful in the role, you are a strategic thinker, a relationship builder and have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical (or related) industry

• You will also have
• Previous relevant commercial management experience or similar background in pharma
• Bachelors or higher degree in the pharmacy, health science, business, economics or related discipline
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with senior leaders
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and market dynamics
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in negotiating commercial agreements
• Superior senior stakeholder engagement and ability to build new relationships
