- Coordinator, Library Operations
- to provide essential, high-level administrative support to the Library and our senior leadership team. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the effective management and operational success of the University Library.
Your responsibilities will include financial oversight (including preparation of documentation and collection and analysis of financial reports), human resources assistance, quality assurance, and strategic planning coordination. In this role, you will serve as the executive officer for the Library Management Team and will be responsible for managing agendas, attending meetings, taking minutes, and tracking progression of action items. You will also perform various administrative tasks such as assisting with travel arrangements of Library staff, purchasing and reconciliation, updating records and policy documents and ensuring the seamless execution of daily activities.
To be successful in this role, you will haveProven experience in delivering high-level administrative support, with the ability to manage a broad range of responsibilities in a professional and efficient manner.Strong organisational and project management skills, with a demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines under limited supervision.Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to obtain and interpret information and make specific recommendations.Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, in particular the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management staff.Experience using university systems such as CIAnywhere, Travel Operations, HR Reporting and Concur (highly desired).This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where you will directly contribute to the success and innovation of our Library, playing a vital part in supporting the future of our students, staff, and researchers.
