We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with superior English language skills to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDiary managementMaintain and organize the Managing Director's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.Travel arrangementsBook and manage all travel requirements for the Managing Director and other executives as needed.Meeting ManagementSkilful in taking minutes, following up on action points, and ensuring efficient communication of decisions and tasks.Document preparationDraft and edit contracts and other business documents with attention to detail and accuracy.Project coordinationAssist with ad hoc projects, including research, data collection, and preparing summary reports with graphical presentations.Tender coordinationSupport the preparation and submission of tenders for various projects.Social media marketing : Assist with the creation and execution of social media marketing campaigns for the company and its subsidiaries.
Stakeholder communicationAct as a liaison between the Managing Director and various stakeholders, maintaining clear and concise verbal and written communication.Administrative supportProvide additional support to other General Managers on business-related projects as required.Compliance and Policy DevelopmentExhibiting a strong commitment to ensuring business compliance by proactively creating, sustaining, and improving procedures and policies.Confidentiality and Privacy ManagementProficient in maintaining business confidentiality and adept at handling sensitive privacy matters with discretion.REQUIREMENTSProven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.Superior English language skills, with the ability to act as the company's wordsmith.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, particularly Word and Excel.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and software programs.Excellent organizational and time management skills.A valid driver's license.Strong soft skills, including effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.VALUES AND PERSONALITY TRAITS,While the core skill set mentioned above is essential for success in this position, we place equal importance on the personality traits and qualities that align with our Managing Director's vision.
