MECCA Brands is seeking a Retail Documenter to join our New Concepts – Store Design team on a 12-month contract.

The Role You Could Play

As MECCA’s retail documenter, you will work closely with the store design team to support the retail fit-out program. You will be involved in various project stages, from concept to detail resolution, and will be essential to the team’s success and fit-out documentation.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain high-quality Revit drawings, build models, and update as needed.
• Ensure documents align with MECCA standards, project specifications, building codes, including Australian standards.
• Support project delivery from conception through construction for seamless execution.
• Resolve complex detailing challenges and clarify design intent.
• Maintain documentation accuracy by adhering to internal processes, timelines, and deadlines.

What You Will Bring

We require someone with at least 6 years of experience in retail documentation, capable of working independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills and deadline management in a fast-paced environment.
