I-MED Radiology has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the busy team in our Latrobe Regional Hospital (LRH) clinic located in Traralgon. You will primarily be working at the LRH but some movements to other sites as required.

This role is casual nurse, working 2-3 days a fortnight, and would suit an experienced nurse looking to work in an interventional clinic.

Reporting to the Area Nurse Coordinator and working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team you will provide high quality nursing support and recovery services to the clinic. Additional training available for the right candidate.

Key accountabilities include :

• Assist the Radiologist for interventional procedures, including gaining informed consent and medical history assessment, monitoring baseline observations and recovering patients post procedure.
• Interventional Procedures Include : Biopsies, Lumbar Punctures, Drainages and Pain Management Injections.
• Working collaboratively with Radiologists, Nuclear Medicine Physicians, technical and administrative staff and managers
