Our client is seeking a motivated Carbon Program Manager to join their Strategy & Planning team and lead their carbon credit portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarbon Credit Portfolio ManagementImplement and refine our carbon management strategy, optimize credit allocation, and manage risks.Compliance & Regulatory AffairsEnsure compliance with Australian carbon credit regulations, monitor market changes, and prepare necessary documentation.Execution SupportAssist in evaluating and implementing carbon investment projects.Reporting and AnalysisDevelop metrics and reporting frameworks, analyze market trends, and provide strategic insights.Committee ManagementLead the Carbon Management Steering Committee and foster cross-functional collaboration.Process ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements and technology solutions.Skills & ExperienceRelevant tertiary qualifications.Minimum 5 years of experience in carbon credit management or sustainability.In-depth knowledge of Australian carbon markets and regulations (international experience is a plus).Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.Why Join?Make a positive impact on the environment.Be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to sustainability.Opportunity for professional growth and development.About usInverse Group's goal is to help our clients meet the ever-changing environment in all industries across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
