Lakeside Villages Inc trading as Woodbridge Retirement Village (Woodbridge) was founded in 1979 by the Delfin Property Group Limited (the developers behind ‘West Lakes’) and in cooperation with the Port Adelaide Central Mission (now known as UnitingSA).

Lakeside Villages Inc is a not-for-profit organisation established for the benefit and welfare of the older people in the community. Located on Delfin Island and the lakefront at West Lakes – “Woodbridge” offers the advantages of independent retirement living in a magnificent location, with extensive recreational opportunities and close to community facilities.

An exciting opportunity has emerged for 3 Board Members to join the Board of Lakeside.

Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified individuals with experience and skills in any the following areas : -

• Property Development, Construction Management, Architecture
• Finance, ICT, AI

Knowledge and experience of retirement living and supporting older people to live independently in their own homes would be an advantage.

Responsibilities include : -

Your professional organisational, governance, problem solving and strategic planning skills will need to be complemented by flexibility, energy and vision and underpinned by values aligned to Lakeside’s. Please note that these are paid directorships within an existing exemplary Board and a highly regarded organisation with an excellent working team.
