The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for Auto Electrician to join the team at Wales Trucks Repairs, Smithfield!

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in heavy vehicles, such as trucks and trailers.

Role responsibilitiesGeneral auto Electrical work on trucks and other vehiclesWorkshop and field service work when requiredAir conditioning repairs and serviceDiagnosis and troubleshooting workshop vehiclesDiagnosing and repairing faults in the electrical systems of heavy vehiclesInstalling and configuring electrical components, such as batteries, alternators, and starter motorsTroubleshooting and repairing faults in vehicle lighting systems, including headlights, indicators, and brake lightsInstalling and repairing communication and entertainment systems, such as radios and GPS systemsConducting regular maintenance checks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systemsReading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematicsMaintaining accurate records of work carried out and parts usedDoes this sound like you?
