Cloud Platform Engineer

At Scentre Group technology plays a central role in how we design and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As we continue to evolve our digital ecosystem were investing in the people and platforms that drive innovation at scale.

Were looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to join our highperforming Infrastructure & Cloud team. Youll be at the heart of building and optimising resilient scalable platforms across Azure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and our onpremises environments while enjoying 2 days per week working remotely and being part of a tightknit supportive team that gets things done and has fun doing it.

What youll do

  • Delivering secure scalable and automated infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • Managing hybrid platforms spanning Azure GCP and onpremises data centres & destination centres.
  • Enhance and improving backup & recovery monitoring and cloud optimisation strategies.
  • Enabling DevOps practices and driving automation and selfservice tooling for internal teams.
  • Contributing to cloud governance naming standards tagging and cost visibility.
  • Monitoring platform health and performance ensuring high availability and compliance.

What sets you apart

Youre experienced in :

  • Experience with cloudnative architecture across Azure and / or GCP.
  • Strong IaC skills (Terraform preferred).
  • Solid background in DevOps tooling scripting and automation workflows.
  • A passion for improving platforms solving problems and creating selfservice solutions.
  • Understanding of cloud governance principles and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies and onpremises infrastructure is a bonus.
