We are looking for a highly expert Admin Professional to work for a Global Resource Brand in Kwinana Perth

Immediate Start

70K per year

• Qualifications
• Business or Administrative Tertiary Qualification would be an advantage
• At least 5 years relevant work experience
• Hold and maintain a current driver's licence

Experience

• Minimum 3 years' administration experience ideally in a customer service environment.
• Knowledge of Navision
• Solid understanding and experience with stock management of liquids.
• Knowledge and proficiency in computerised systems.
• Basic fuel terminal operating experience.
• Petroleum industry knowledge.
• Experience in maintaining inventory registers and databases.
• Demonstrated stock management and reconciliation skills; able to investigate stock losses and maintain accurate stock control systems.
• Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Time management skills.
• Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated understanding and management of database systems
• Proficiency in current Microsoft Office suite
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to use own initiative and work autonomously.
• Ability to work as a team player and contribute to the team's success.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours to reconcile stocks to meet monthly deadlines
