About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer, who is ready to step in to a project leadership role, providing excellent support to the Project Manager, managing the commercial and technical aspects of discrete packages of work within large Brownfields projects.

Drawing on your learnings from a successful career in oil and gas project delivery, you will be self-motivated to mentor project team members to achieve innovative solutions to complex challenges.

About You

You come with tertiary qualifications in the engineering field, with at least 8+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. We are looking for someone with :

• Proven experience in end-to-end management of multi-disciplinary brownfields projects.
• Proven capability of managing medium sized projects up to $10m in value, achieving project KPIs (i.e. schedule, cost, quality) with a focus on developing robust and fit for purpose low-cost alternatives.
• Fluent with industry standards, experienced in leading multi-discipline engineering teams through detailed engineering and design, whilst acting as focal point for timely resolution of technical and commercial issues.
• Sound understanding of design processes, manufacturing, onshore construction, offshore transportation, and installation methods.
• Offshore experience in planning, managing, and executing construction and installation phases of a project is desirable.
