About the opportunity
The Manager Business Planning and Coordination (MBPC) will possess an advanced level of capability in management and leadership and will work under the general guidance of the National Manager Continuous Improvement and Strategic Support. The role is responsible for leading and managing a team in providing high level and specialist advice on the business and strategic planning aspects of the Regulatory Oversight Division (ROD).
The MBPC will develop and maintain high quality corporate and strategic planning documentation and coordinate resources and activities in line with those plans. Management and reporting of issues and risks in line with a range of key governance accountabilities are key aspects of this role.
MBPC works with a diverse range of senior executives and operational, policy and technical specialists providing leadership in implementing and promoting continuous improvement. This position supervises a multi-disciplinary team to support continuous improvement within the division.
