Due to increasing demand for ORS support services we have the opportunity to add a new member to our growing team at Gosford on the Central Coast. You will be joining a national team of 700 employees across a range of allied health disciplines who will be there to support you and provide insight into their disciplines.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to utilise your existing expertise in early childhood and developmental education or allied health services to support young people and their families whilst learning new skills and supporting you to broaden your experience working across both ECS and PBS disciplines.
Early Childhood Support is a growing division within ORS. The purpose of ECS is to provide high-quality evidence-informed support to children under 9 years old and their families. The ECS team provide interdisciplinary support comprised of allied health professionals and specialist teachers who have expertise in child development. ECS practitioners provide supports under the Key Worker model where there is one lead practitioner that supports the child and family through applying a range of strategies across all areas of development.

You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with Australias largest positive behaviour support team working with your clients over a period of months or even years you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development celebrating achievements with them every step of the way.
