Job descriptionThe Role Receptionist for a permanent, full time contract to be the new face of our Belmont, WA Head Office. Receptionist's responsibilities will include : Manage operation of the reception switchboard and electronic communication in a prompt and courteous manner. Facilitate visitor sign in / out process, ensure meeting rooms are maintained, and manage meeting room calendars efficiently. Optimise post and courier services, and sort and distribute all mail for the Belmont Office staff. Monitor and maintain office, stationary, and kitchen consumables levels. Provide administration support to the business as required. Essential Skills / Qualifications / Experience Previous experience in an Office Administration or Reception role highly regarded Excellent customer service and communication skills, with experience managing a high volume of incoming business calls Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple calendars and inboxes Sound knowledge in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, printers, scanners, and electronic filing The Benefits please select apply Please ensure you attach a cover letter outlining your availability and suitability.
