Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is a 315 room 5 star Hotel located in Mascot near the Sydney domestic airport and home to our very own La Boca Restaurant and Bar specializing in Argentinean cuisine and 11 Function rooms - ideal for a wide range of events from small meetings to 300 plus large conferences.

We are currently seeking dedicated and versatile Full-Time Food and Beverage Attendants , with a strong emphasis on bar service, to join our team as all-rounders across AV8 Bar and La Boca Restaurant.

All our Food & Beverage Attendants are responsible for providing 5 Star customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Supervisors, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive an exceptional Food and Beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a 5-star or premium hospitality environment
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a professional and efficient manner
• Understand the menu, offer suggestions, and up-sell food and beverage items
• Deliver exceptional customer service with flair
• Be one step ahead of the guest, knowing what they need before having to ask
• Re-stock fridges to par levels, store and ensure the outlet is correctly stocked in accordance with outlet stock control guidelines
• A positive & engaging personality
