Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Leader to join our team in Deception Bay. As an Educational Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and mentorship to our educators, ensuring that they deliver effective teaching practices and maintain a safe learning environment for students. Additionally, you will collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance the overall educational experience at our institution.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to educators in implementing curriculum frameworks.Collaborate with educators to develop engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards.Conduct regular observations of classroom activities to ensure effective teaching strategies are being utilized.Mentor educators by providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth.Develop policies and procedures that promote a safe learning environment for students.Stay updated on current trends and research in education through continuous professional development.Foster positive relationships with parents / guardians by maintaining open communication channels regarding student progress.Collaborate with management in strategic planning initiatives related to educational programs.

Strong knowledge of curriculum frameworks and educational standards.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire others towards achieving goalsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback for professional growthAbility to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders including parents / guardians, educators, management teams, etc.

Qualifications

Diploma qualifiedExperience in an Educational Leader roleKnowledge of current educational trends and best practices
