The role

Delivering high-quality nursing care, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to clients' needs.Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.Promoting a positive and inclusive environment focused on patient wellbeing.Actively participating in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Skills & Essential Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current AHPRA registration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.Strong commitment to person-centered care and a compassionate mindset.Right to work in Australia.A registered, insured, and roadworthy private motor vehicle.

Benefits
