We are now recruiting for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our branch in

• The role
• Having conversations with members face to face, via online channels and over the phone to assist them with their banking and insurance needs
• Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve our members position
• Working with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives
• Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures
• Cash handling, balancing and administrative activities.
• The Person
• Experience in a retail, sales and / or customer service environment
• Honesty and integrity with the ability to diligently follow and adhere to policies and procedures in a regulated financial environment
• Sound numeracy, cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
• An aptitude for technology with proficient computer skills
• A positive and upbeat outlook and genuinely enjoy helping others and working together to achieve common goals
• Initiative and the ability to manage multiple activities.
