Operating out of stunning offices in the Inner West, this is a high performing boutique team that are seeking a professional individual to join their tight knit team. Utilising the latest technology to ensure they remain at the forefront of the market and stay close to the ground with trends, this is a working environment that is second to none. With a low staff turnover, we are currently seeking an individual with strong customer services and administration skills to be the face and voice of this agency.

  • The Role
  • Currently seeking a Receptionist due to an internal promotion, this is an opportunity to slot into a Monday - Friday position with the support of a 'hands on' team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for :

  • Answering and diverting incoming phone calls
  • Meeting & Greeting clients
  • Mail, banking, filing
  • Receipting rent money & administration accounts
  • Assisting the team with drafting letters
  • General support for the Sales & Property Management teams
  • Typing up Leases
  • Database management and updates on the intranet
  • Managing office stock
  • Managing the front desk area
  • Ad hoc administration duties
  • Previous experience in real Estate is advantageous
  • Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license
  • Local knowledge and experience is preferred
  • Immaculately presented and well groomed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
