About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team at the Sheridan Warners Bay Outlet.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week, requiring availability from Tuesday to Saturday.

Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets.

Drive a high-performing team committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Maintain store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and rostering.

Analyze reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business.
