As the Customer Engagement Executive working in our Adelaide office, you will take on responsibility for our South Australian business operationally as well as strategically. You will be responsible for the management of Cloud customer accounts, including account management strategies as well as engagement and expansion plans to ensure profitable growth of the business in the SA region.
This role requires a professional with the expertise and experience to help customers maximize the value that they receive through our SAP Offerings.
- Tasks and Responsibilities
- As our Customer Engagement Executive, you will work in partnership with the Sales, Operations and Support teams responsible for our geographic and strategic industry customers to develop our market presence in South Australia
- Development and management of forecasting, account penetration plans, and customer engagement plans that will deliver business outcomes
Conduct of customer business and opportunity diagnostics to analyse business case drivers, to identify program risks and to establish action plans that deliver near term results and continue to improve business processes related to our value proposition
Work with the management to develop and execute quarterly plans that improve solution adoption and increase revenue renewals across assigned customer portfolioDevelop deep relationships with key decision makers within the Customers' organisationAssist customers with transformational change by facilitating and coordinating cross functional involvement with solutions consulting and services deliveryDrive customer satisfaction and meet or exceed account-specific revenue and profitability goals for account portfolioSkills and ExperienceRelevant tertiary qualifications in a technical or software related fieldPrior experience managing customer engagements and communicationsPrior experience in a technical role with a thorough understanding of SAP solutions and their delivery would be of advantageGeneral business acumen and curiosity to enhance your knowledge of SAP products and customersExperience working at a fast-paced / growing company - demonstrated ability to operate in a customer-centric, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, multi-cultural environmentKnowledge of existing and developing technologies and cloud computingExceptional written and verbal communications skills in EnglishOutstanding interpersonal skills - ability to build trusted relationships, influence and drive actions by others to achieve set goals, and manage multiple stakeholders across an organization in a growth periodIndependent and self-motivated, works well under pressure and possesses a strong sense of ownership to execute initiatives end-to-end in order to meet tight deadlinesHighly organized and is able to multi-task competing stakeholder requestsInnovative mindset to create and improve processes to successfully optimize at-scale
