The Role |

Management of the boutique and team effectively by being dynamic, present, and supportive

Develop the store to ensure it effectively operates

Consistently drive sales, with a strong awareness of accumulative budgets weekly / monthly and quarterly

Drive and motivate to achieve success

Customer focus mind set

Emphasis on constant and effective communication

Monitor and address your team, to ensure they are conveying brand presentation, policy and procedure standards

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who :

Is a dedicated people leader

Has come from a retail or sales environment

Holds commercial acumen

Is a career retailer

Has a thorough understanding of, and passion for high-end fashion
