YOUR ROLEWe are looking for a person with the energy and excitement to help customers immerse into their missions. You will be a key element in guiding customers in a fun and professional manner when needed for each mission. Overseeing player briefings and game sessions. Your priority is ensuring player safety, and hygiene and delivering high-end customer experiences.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer greeting, check-in and briefingManaging in-game sessions and providing hints or clues when appropriateIdentifying, troubleshooting, and recording technical issuesParty Hosting for children's parties and corporate attendancesMaintenance and cleanliness of Virtual Reality equipment, rooms, the general premises and venue facilitiesGeneral admin including assisting and posting to Social Media accountsOpening and closing the venueWHAT YOU BRING1+ years customer experience in the entertainment / hospitality industryStrong and engaging oral presentation skillsAbility to manage situations under pressure, while resolving potential issues quickly and actively keeping customers engagedProven ability in managing excited customersA team player who can also work independently and responsiblyExperience achieving personal and business goalsA passion for technology, gaming, VR and escape roomsAvailable to work weekendsYou will be required to have a valid Working with Children CheckIF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU?Then we want you to apply.
