• Role & Responsibilities
• Here's just some of what you'll do in this role
• Lead talent pipelining for specialised sales hiring to include small business, mid-market, foreign exchange within our Global Commercial Services (GCS) across the A / NZ Market
• Proactively connect with talent by using recruitment platforms ( LinkedIn / Eightfold / Seek / Indeed) to build qualified pipeline of talent
• Enact broader Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent
• Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by actively collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Specialists - Sales and the Recruitment Manager A / NZ
• Work with the business to generate referrals
