    Join us as we re-shape our growing Financial Crime Risk (FCR) team and be a key player in setting up centralised capability that will enable the delivery of our FCR Management framework and the operation of critical enterprise FCR controls.

    With demonstrated experience in Fraud Risk Management, heading efficient Fraud and Financial Crime Operational teams at a leading international or domestic financial institution you have expertise in best practice financial crime risk and fraud operations operating models and practices.

    You know what good looks like and how to deliver it and we want you to bring to this role prior experience creating and executing innovative strategies as well as delivering change to teams and business processes. You look for efficiencies and synergies and you have a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

    A skilled communicator with experience in presenting to Boards and Senior Management you have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage, influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.

    As the

    • Head of FCR Enablement
    • you'll get to :
    • Create and deliver the strategy for this newly created function that will be key to ensuring the successful delivery of our FCR Operations
    • Lead a team of Quality Leads and Analysts in the provision of dedicated quality control services to ensure operational processes are delivered to a high level of quality
    • Be a champion for operational excellence, change management, quality, performance, reporting, groupwide FCR training and continuous improvement across FCR and the Group's financial crime control environment
    • Work with the relevant specialist teams to develop and implement the FCR change management framework, communications plan and training framework and policy for the Group
    • Provide clear insights and reporting to the Board and Executives of the Group regarding the performance of the financial crime framework against formal risk appetite statements
    • Provide tools and support for the effective measurement and management of resource allocation across FCR
    • This is a full-time, permanent position which can be based in Melbourne, Bendigo, Adelaide, Sydney or Brisbane. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, including a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week based out of your nearest Corporate Office.
