Are you a proven Parts Manager ready to step into a senior leadership role with a high-performing dealership in Townsville?

Our client is a nationally recognised, award-winning dealership employing over 90 local staff. With a thriving wholesale and internal servicing department, they’re now seeking a Parts Manager to lead their dedicated team of 7–8 staff across internal, warehouse, and panel sales.

With monthly parts turnover exceeding $1 million and a strong wholesale customer base, this is a rare opportunity to manage a well-resourced, modern department in a business known for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Day-to-day management of the parts department and its team
• Drive parts and service sales through proactive trend recognition
• Maintain and improve wholesale dealer relations
• Manage inventory, compliance, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For :

• Proven track record in parts sales and leadership
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team and foster continuous improvement
• Mechanical or technical parts knowledge preferred
• Happy to consider strong 2ICs looking to step up
