Sales Manager - SydneyBlis is looking for a driven and energetic salesperson to join our growing team.

Based in Sydney and reporting to the Regional Director - ANZ, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience within the Sydney market, a strong contact list and hold existing relationships with the major agency groups and clients.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the advertising market and the role of digital and OMNI channel solutions that include pDOOH, CTV, and Digital Audio.The most important aspects of this role are to be the face of Blis and the expert of our Audience Explorer technology to our clients, work closely with the nominated agencies to source significant levels of new business, create campaign-winning solutions, develop strong client relationships, manage a strong forward pipeline, and deliver the highly professional service for which Blis is renowned.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage existing and new relationships to build your own pipeline of opportunity across the Blis product set.Present Blis' OMNI audience and OMNI measurement solutions to media agencies.Acquire and convert agency media briefs and manage pipeline for monthly and quarterly targets.Target media agencies and their clients including agency planners, strategists, and programmatic teams.Convert pipeline and acquire new customers and accounts to achieve business targets.Create and lead sales presentations for your agencies and clients and for the team.Become an expert on Blis USP's and best practices on the Blis platform, and offer insights to clients on how to improve their strategies and campaigns.Develop and implement quarterly business plans with weekly forecasting / pipeline management.Create market-leading solutions and presentations for your clients and build and maintain strong relationships with agencies through events and entertainment.Have an active role and input in team strategy and company sales meetings and initiatives.Skills and ExperienceStrong background in digital media sales and account management - 3+ years.Expert knowledge of the digital media market, advertising, programmatic media, and product & data offerings.Experience in working across an OMNI channel offering that is inclusive of pDOOH, CTV, Digital Audio, and Digital.Knowledge of the broader media market and the role of location / mobile advertising within brands.Demonstrate an understanding of the needs and requirements of digital media strategists, planners, and buyers.Currently leveraging digital budgets from media agencies.Existing relationships within the Sydney media agency groups.The confidence to present to your audience, small & large.A proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.Commitment to being a team player in a dynamic environment.About UsBlis is the geo-powered advertising tech stack.
