We operate as a national team so are open to people located across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.We have consistent growth and a portfolio of diverse, impactful projects.

Our focus markets for our Building Services, Places business include; health, education & research, station & over station developments, precincts, data centres and the energy transition.We are looking for people who are keen to collaborate with industry-leading professionals while shaping the future of engineering.Why Join Arcadis?We offer : Exciting projects that make a difference in communities.A commitment to innovation and sustainability.Opportunities to work alongside industry-leading experts in a collaborative environment.A pathway for career growth and professional development.Role accountabilities include, but are not limited to : Reporting to the National Fire Protection Team Lead, you will : Undertake the discipline lead role on project tasks to meet budget, time-frame, and quality targets, exceeding client expectations.Engage with our clients to understand their needs and develop design strategies that align with their requirements.Collaborate across design disciplines to ensure integrity and quality in overall designs.Promote and market Arcadis' services during client and stakeholder interactions.Build networks and relationships within the industry.Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to team members.Prepare and register documentation, ensuring compliance with Arcadis standards.Maintain communication with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and clients.Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD).Perform investigations, analysis, and design tasks in line with client requirements and standards.Ensure all designs meet national codes of practice and Arcadis specifications.Review completed engineering work for accuracy.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.Qualifications & ExperienceWe're seeking energetic individuals with a commitment to excellence and innovation.

You'll need : Relevant tertiary qualifications in Fire Protection Engineering.At least 7 years of experience delivering engineering projects.CPEng registration and state professional registration are requiredExperience with leading Fire Protection design from concept to constructionExperience with Health, Education, Infrastructure and Data Centre projects is desired.Experience with leading and managing Fire Protection design teams within both an internal business and external project environment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.A passion for thinking in an innovative and entrepreneurial manner.Client / internal project management experienceWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
