Recruitment Consultant | Insurance | BrisbaneA leading national insurance brokerage is looking for a skilled Commercial Account Executive to join its growing Brisbane-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced broker to take ownership of an existing client portfolio, supported by strong internal resources and leadership focused on your long-term success.

The Opportunity You'll be stepping into a key role managing a diverse and active book of commercial insurance clients, with a focus on retention, relationship-building, and identifying new opportunities. Your Day-to-Day Will Involve : Managing a stable portfolio of commercial clients across various industriesHandling client renewals, endorsements, policy documentation, and account servicingProviding tailored advice to clients on their risk exposure and insurance strategiesCollaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver quality outcomesQuoting new business opportunities and driving growth through referrals and upsellingEnsuring client records, compliance documentation, and financial processes are accurately maintainedPlaying an active role in relationship management, including debt follow-up where neededParticipating in internal training to enhance technical and professional developmentYou'll be backed by a national operations unit that handles claims, compliance, and admin support, freeing you up to focus on strategic client work.
