The Role
Our Customer Service team delivers friendly and efficient support to our clients and teams across the business.
Key responsibilities will include :
You will have experience in a customer service or office administration role.
You will enjoy working in a friendly team environment with established procedures and systems. You will have a high attention to detail, be very organised, and pride yourself on delivering repeatable, high-quality results. You will have a friendly manner, be patient and conscientious, and like contributing to the team's success.
Prior industry knowledge isn't required, as we provide a comprehensive 3-week initial training program. We will ensure you are well trained and know exactly how to do your role, so you can feel confident and do a good job.
