    • Great opportunity to join our professional Customer Service team.

      The Role

      Our Customer Service team delivers friendly and efficient support to our clients and teams across the business.

      Key responsibilities will include :

    • Handling customer requests
    • Processing orders
    • Coordinating with suppliers (incl expediting)
    • Supporting our sales team
    • Liaising with our operations and finance teams
    • Logging and updating tickets in our software
    • You will have experience in a customer service or office administration role.

      You will enjoy working in a friendly team environment with established procedures and systems. You will have a high attention to detail, be very organised, and pride yourself on delivering repeatable, high-quality results. You will have a friendly manner, be patient and conscientious, and like contributing to the team's success.

      Prior industry knowledge isn't required, as we provide a comprehensive 3-week initial training program. We will ensure you are well trained and know exactly how to do your role, so you can feel confident and do a good job.
