- Essential
- Experience supervising an administrative team
- Experience facilitating and providing training to clerical / administrative staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement, sound problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Current working knowledge of medical terminology
- Sound level of computer skills, including proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Desirable
- Working knowledge of Meditech
- Experience with medical billing processes
- Remuneration
- On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $45.02 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
